Units

Genesis Dei uses a rock-paper-scissors style system for unit combat.

There are several unit classes:

  1. Scouts
  2. Melee
  3. Ranged
  4. Cavalry
  5. Siege

By default, all races have the same unit stats. Different races will have access to different researches to improve some of their units, but not all.

Units fighting each other deal different damage depending on their class and the unit class of what they're fighting. Damage ratios are as follows:
